DANUBE industrial medicinal herb mesh belt dryer is a continuous drying machine designed for commercial and industrial drying of medicinal herbs, roots, leaves, flowers, and other suitable herbal materials.
The continuous mesh belt dryer provides a controlled drying environment independent of outdoor weather conditions. Materials are continuously fed onto the mesh belt, dried through controlled hot-air circulation, and discharged from the dryer.
The drying system can be configured according to the material, moisture content, required capacity, drying temperature, and final product requirements.

Multi-Layer SUS304 Mesh Belt：The multi-layer conveyor provides a large drying area within a compact footprint. SUS304 stainless steel is used for the conveyor and product-contact parts according to the equipment configuration.
Hot-Air Circulation & Moisture Exhaust：Heated air circulates through the drying chamber to remove moisture from the herbal materials, while the exhaust system discharges moisture released during drying.
Flexible Heating System：The dryer can be configured with air-source heat pump, steam, gas, or electric heating according to local energy availability and operating requirements.
Adjustable Conveyor Speed：The conveyor continuously moves materials through the drying chamber. Conveyor speed can be adjusted according to the product characteristics and required drying time.
Control & Easy Maintenance：The control system manages key operating parameters such as drying temperature and conveyor speed. Access doors allow convenient inspection, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
